Yummy Vegetarian Latkes

Ingredients:
10 green onions
½ bunch of Italian parsley
A few celery leaves
4-5 eggs
3 tbsp matza meal
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp oil
Directions:
1. Mince all the ingredients together in a food processor and fry in oil till golden brown
