SAN DIEGO (Press Release)–The United Jewish Federation of San Diego County has announced two major fundraising events to be held in 2010, the Men’s Event and the Women’s Division “Options.”
The Men’s Event, to be held from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Wednesday, January 27, at the Hyatt Regency La Jolla will feature Brigitte Gabriel, a speaker on Islamist terrorism who has appeared as a commentator or interviewee on most news networks. Women’s Division “Options” will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at the La Jolla Marriott. Guest speaker will be Judea Pearl, the renowned Scholar and President of the “Daniel Pearl Foundation” and author of the award winning book I Am Jewish: Personal Reflections Inspired by the Last Words of Daniel Pearl.
