SAN DIEGO─ The Senate voted 98-1 to grant Congress 30 days to review the nuclear accord with Iran and pass a resolution of disapproval prohibiting President Obama from lifting congressional sanctions on Tehran. Only Senator Tom Cotton voted against the bill because it didn’t include his amendment to bomb Iran even if Congress rejected the accord.

Hillary Clinton called for a clear path to citizenship for undocumented aliens who have lived productive and crime-free lives in the United States for many years. She also proposed a path for citizenship for foreign donors to the Clinton Foundation.

Mike Huckabee announced his candidacy for president and condemned politicians who have supported gay marriage and abandoned “biblical principles of natural marriage.” To be consistent, he also endorsed polygamy.

North Korean officials told CNN interviewers that their country would use nuclear weapons if it were forced to do so. When asked for a hypothetical example of a situation that would justify a nuclear response, they said if SONY Pictures Studios decides to make a sequel to The Interview.

The National Front Party of France suspended its founder Jean-Marie Le Pen for repeatedly referring to the Holocaust as a “detail of history’ instead of six-million details of history.
