Humoring the headlines: November 29, 2016

SAN DIEGO−Donald Trump conferred the epithet Crooked Hillary on his presidential rival because he accused her of pay to play arrangements between donors to the Clinton Foundation and the access they were granted to her as Secretary of State.  As more revelations about the Trump Organization’s international properties are revealed and the potential conflict of interests they pose to his foreign policy decisions, he has earned the moniker Pretzel Donald.

Donald Trump vowed to drain the swamp of Washington lobbyists and professional politicians.  His appointments of cabinet members and senior staff so far illustrate that he intends to replace the swamp with a bog of billionaires and a lagoon of loyalists.

Donald Trump has not taken advantage of the daily intelligence briefings afforded to the President Elect.  After all, he wouldn’t want to disappoint his beloved “poorly educated” supporters into believing he possesses intelligence.

Without any evidence, Donald Trump claims he would have won the popular vote if millions of illegally cast votes were deducted from Hillary’s votes.  And I would be a billionaire like Trump if someone gave me a billion dollars.

Trump’s transition team apparently hasn’t given him the advice to stop making outlandish Tweets.  At least they should make him wear mittens whenever he is in the same room with his smartphone.
