Trump on the Stump Translations

By Laurie Baron

SAN DIEGO−For those who don’t understand Trump Speak, here is what he says and what his base hears.

*

“It’s a very scary time for young men in America when you can be guilty of something that you may not be guilty of.”  This means boys can no longer be boys.  They can’t engage in locker room talk when they are in locker rooms.  All they can grab for is a bottle of beer.  Young men  must confiscate the smart phones of all women they sexually assault, force them to sign an lifetime NDA before leaving the room where the assault occurred, and make sure that that there were no witnesses to the incident.

*

The Democrats are an “angry, left-wing mob” means subversives paid by George Soros violently threatened Brett Kavanaugh and his Senate supporters.

*

“George Soros” means the leader of the international Jewish extreme left conspiracy intent on sowing anarchy in the United States so it will no longer be great.

*

Referring to what Kanye West said to him during their West Wing meeting: “That was quite something” means this is what happens to you Taylor Swift when you betray the Donald.

*

“Again, this took place in Turkey, and to the best of our knowledge, Khashoggi is not a United States citizen.” means the US won’t halt arms sales to Saudi Arabia because they create jobs.  Khashoggi was a Muslim who never should never been permitted to enter the United States in the first place, and, after all, it’s probably a hoax because he writes for the Washington Post.
