Israel’s Prime Minister Naftali Bennett is travelling to Bahrain on Monday on what is to be a historic visit. It will be the first official visit by an Israeli prime minister to the Gulf kingdom. Bennett is due to meet the Crown Prince and Prime Minister Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa. Their talks are to focus on economic issues, especially technology and innovation, among other issues, the prime minister’s office said.
