SAN DIEGO – Three free “trailer parties” will be sponsored in January by the San Diego International Film Festival to acquaint viewers with the films that will be shown at the January 31-February 11 celebration of Jewish films.
Trailers of the upcoming selections will be shown first at 11 a.m, Sunday, January 7 in the David & Dorothea Garfield Theatre at the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center, 4126 Executive Drive, La Jolla.
At 10:30 a.m., Monday, January 22, and then again at 6 p.m., Thursday, January 25, the trailers will be screened in the Ruby G. Shulman Auditorium of the Carlsbad City Library, 1775 Dove Lane, Carlsbad.
Following each of the hour-long screenings, refreshments will be served, according to the sponsoring San Diego Center for Jewish Culture.
