  1. As president emeritus of Jewish Veg and author of “Vegan Revolution: Saving Our World, Revitalizing Judaism,” and one who knows and highly respects Rabbi Sperber, I am happy to learn of this new publication. I look forward to reading it and likely reviewing it.

I would happily email PDFs of my latest 3 vegan-related books, including “Vegan Revolution, to ALL who email me at VeggieRich@gmaill.com and request it.

  2. The egg industry has also abused both the terms ”cage-free” and “free-range”. To find authentic ethical standards look for small local farmers practicing the spirit of genuine respect for chickens. “Regenerative” practices fully embody the morality discussed here. These farmers have to be sought outside of a supermarket. At the bare minimum look for “pasture raised” in the supermarket such as Alexndre here in San Diego or Vital Farms national-wide in the United States. Thank you for this type of journalism about the vitally critical issues of both the ethics and health of the food we consume.
