Washington, DC [US], February 18 (ANI): The United States on Saturday warned of exercising its veto power at the UN Security Council against a resolution calling for a humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza, CNN reported. According to the report, the US Ambassador to the United Nations, Linda Thomas-Greenfield warned that if the resolution proposed by Algeria, calling for a humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza, were to come to a vote at the UN Security Council, Washington would exercise its veto power.
