ENCINITAS, California (Press Release) – Seacrest Foundation hosted The 211 Club Patron Recognition Party on Sunday, July 28. Patrons of The 211 Club are “Visionaries of Jewish Eldercare.”
These compassionate contributors are a prestigious group of community leaders who are the cornerstone of a tremendous fundraising effort.
Their individual contributions of $1,500 or more annually help to ensure the greatest possible quality of life for Seacrest seniors in need.
More than 150 generous and committed contributors were in attendance. Support from this group is directed to Seacrest Village Retirement Communities and Seacrest at Home so that they can meet the charitable care needs of their residents and clients.
The evening celebration was held at the beautiful home of Mayo and Jeffrey Strauss in Solana Beach. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres were served on the gorgeous patio that offers a stunning 180-degree view of the Pacific Ocean. Bathed in sunlight for cocktails followed by dinner under the starry sky, offered a lovely, inviting ambiance for guests to relax and enjoy the company of good friends and fellow supporters.
This event is a favorite among Seacrest Foundation supporters for its intimacy and “family reunion” feel.
Strauss, owner and Executive Chef of Pamplemousse Grille in Solana Beach, catered the evening’s delicious food and beverages. A selection of hors d’oeuvres, lamb with mint jelly and ahi tartare with wasabi caviar, led into a dinner duo of filet & and porcini dusted salmon finishing with a scrumptious dessert buffet. Guests were invited to fill to-go boxes with delectable, sweet treats as they left the event.
Seacrest Foundation offers its heartfelt thanks to those who support The 211 Club annually and who were able to attend this annual Patron Recognition Party!
