LA MESA, California – Does anyone get a little sad or in a “lull” a few days after New Year’s? All the excitement of the holidays in the fall and then everything is over in January.
Students, parents and adults go back to work and “back to the grind” as I told my bestie asking if her kids were coming over after school. Back to carpooling, music lessons and all the activities that took a pause.
Early bedtimes for everyone. Even Freckles my angora rabbit will have to get back on schedule. She was kind and jumped on the bed about 7 a.m., and not 3 a.m., like usual.
