  2. I’m grateful to have had close connection with Rabbi Dosick in San Diego back when I lived there. He was a big influence in my life on so many levels. I will never forget him.

  3. In his youth, Rabbi Wayne, z’l, had been a member of my parents’ shul—Rabbi Samuel and Sheba Penner, z’l. My father would have been so delighted by and appreciative of the life R’ Wayne (z’l) crafted, deepened, expanded. He will be deeply missed, both by those closest to him who shared his life, and by the community he served with skill and caring.
    May this soul be bound up in the Bond of Life, shared with those who have served valiantly and gone before him.
