NEW YORK (Press Release) — Masa Israel Journey has announced the launch of Masa FastTrack Pro, a cutting-edge program that will serve as a pipeline for elite young professionals to be placed in Israel’s booming job market. This selective program is the first-of-its-kind for Masa, and is geared towards high-performing college graduates demonstrating a competitive edge in the job market. Upon acceptance participants are placed as paid entry-level employees in top Israeli companies. CheckPoint, Teva, and Playbuzz are all in the process of developing their partnerships with FastTrack Pro.

Masa FastTrack Pro is the flagship product of Masa’s FastTrack Career Accelerator. A limited number of highly coveted entry-level positions with companies looking to invest in talented graduates from abroad have been created exclusively for superstar recruits ages 21-30 from North America, the UK, and France who have the skills, education and experience to make a meaningful contribution. These positions are exclusively available to Masa FastTrack Pro participants.

Masa FastTrack Pro places participants in elite companies, many of which have international operations and offices around the world, providing a unique opportunity to create a global professional network while working in Israel. Upon completion of the program, participants are granted 1-year work visas so that they have the option of remaining with their placement company for full-time employment.

“FastTrack Pro harnesses the power of start-up nation and the innovative spirit of Jewish young professionals around the world to create a unique career-launching program in Israel,” said Liran Avisar Ben-Horin, CEO of Masa Israel Journey. “Masa is launching this program to expose talented college graduates to Israel’s society and economy, and also to create long-lasting, meaningful relationships between the top businesses in Israel and the Diaspora.”

All FastTrack Pro career opportunities are in English and supplemented with Hebrew lessons. Local housing is provided and grant and scholarships are available to help with program costs and other day-to-day expenditures. Masa participants on FastTrack Pro will live like locals and be given the freedom to explore Israel both independently and with organized programming, and immerse themselves in the local culture.
