Appeals court upholds conviction of man who told terrorists of planned movements of USS Constellation battle group

NEW YORK (Press Release)–The U.S. Second Court of Appeal has upheld the conviction of Hassan Abu Jihaad, a sailor who sent notification to terrorists of the planned movements from San Diego to the Persian Gulf of the U.S.S. Constellation battle group.  Here is a text of the court’s decision.
