Congressional Black-Jewish Relations Caucus Calls Out Anti-Jewish Hate

WASHINGTON, D.C. (Press Release) – In honor of Jewish American Heritage Month (JAHM), the Congressional Caucus on Black-Jewish Relations, led by Representatives Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL), Nikema Williams (D-GA), and Wesley Hunt (R-TX), proudly celebrates the rich history, culture, and contributions of Jewish Americans, and released the following statement:

“This month provides a vital opportunity to honor the resilience and achievements of the Jewish community, including Jews of Color, and acknowledges the broad array of contributions the Jewish Community, often in solidarity with Black Americans, has made to civil rights, business, culture, and community in America.

“Amidst an unprecedented rise in antisemitism, we reaffirm our shared commitment to combating all forms of hate and standing beside the Jewish community to call out anti-Jewish hate wherever it arises. We are proud to stand united with our Jewish brothers and sisters, to celebrate their contributions, and to honor the indelible mark they have made on this great nation.”
