He’s a Felon (Melody: Hallelujah by Leonard Cohen)

SAN DIEGO
I’ve heard there was a public trial
Of a president for deeds so vile
The jury didn’t believe what he was sellin’.
Cohn and Daniels were sleazy liars.
That’s what he preached to his choirs.
The verdict was he’s guilty and a felon.
He’s a felon; he’s a felon. He’s a felon; he’s a felon.
He claimed justice was weaponized
By enemies he despised.
That was what he was always yellin’.
The witnesses corroborated
The crimes that he had actuated.
The jury found him guilty and a felon.
He’s a felon; he’s a felon. He’s a felon; he’s a felon.
He sadly still could be elected
That is what he has expected
From MAGA folks who believe what he is tellin’.
The White House is where he plans to dwell
And not serve time in a prison cell.
Despite his conviction as a felon.
He’s a felon; he’s a felon. He’s a felon; he’s a felon.
