SAN DIEGO — After seeing the latest polls on the percentage of Americans who disapprove of the Republican strategy of linking the approval of a budget to the defunding of Obama Care, Confucius say, “Those who heed the advice of the junior senator from Texas will find themselves in a Ted end.”
With riots in Egypt, a civil war in Syria, and kidnappings in Libya, observers have officially changed the name of the Arab Spring to the Arab Fall.
Just to rub it in, President Obama is calling his budget proposal the Affordable Government Act.
California has enacted a law that permits nurses and physician associates to perform first trimester abortions. A little known provision allows carpenters and plumbers to perform second trimester abortions on members of the Tea Party.
One of the demands for passing the budget is repeal of the Medical Device Excise Tax which is being used to partially fund Obama Care. Manufacturers of Defibrillators would be included even though congressional representatives are in dire need of devices to restart their hearts and stop them from fibbing.
