Memo to San Diego Jewish World readers
From Donald H. Harrison, publisher
SAN DIEGO–Summer time, it seems, is when much of the Jewish world goes on vacation.
We know that many of our news sources plan to be off to other places between now and Rosh Hashanah.
A lot of our readers are planning vacations to places far and near.
Members of our staff also plan to go on tour.
So, beginning tomorrow, U.S. Independence Day on July 4, San Diego Jewish World will publish on a summer schedule.
That means you’ll still be receiving stories every day, but typically not so many as you may have become used to receiving.
As summer passes into fall and the Jewish High Holidays approach, the pace will again quicken, and we’ll be publishing a greater quantity of stories each day.
Meanwhile, let’s all recharge our batteries and enjoy the summer!
All the best,
Don
