SAN DIEGO─The FBI report on Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of classified information on her private email server has reinforced the perception that she is less trustworthy than Donald Trump. Spun another way, she should be compared to a veteran physician who has been unsuccessfully sued for malpractice during the course of a long career; whereas Trump has never faced similar lawsuits because he could not practice medicine with a degree from Trump University.

House Republicans are considering disciplinary action against their Democratic counterparts who participated in the sit-in for a vote on stricter gun regulations. According to House rules, members are prohibited from doing nothing unless they are sitting in their assigned seats.

Donald Trump claimed there was no anti-Semitic intent in his retweeting of an anti-Hillary Twitter post that vilified her as the “most corrupt candidate ever” within what looked like a Star of David to many observers. Trump blamed the “dishonest media” for misreporting the story. Fortunately, one of his staffers edited his initial response which lambasted the “dishonest Jewish-controlled media” for insinuating that his campaign condoned anti-Semitism.

Coloradan parents were outraged that Hooters sponsored a local Cub Scout camp where youngsters met with Hooters girls. The Cub Scouts of America apologized and confiscated the fold-out merit badges they were awarded for socializing with the girls.

Opponents of California’s new mandatory vaccination law are petitioning to overturn the law through referendum in the fall election. They believe they and their children have a Second Amendment right to bear harms.
