SAN DIEGO — Well, this is almost too good to be true. The latest gem unearthed by our license plate maven, Melanie Rubin, literally means “driver” in Hebrew. What’s behind the number 10? Use your imagination, but this editor will consider it a nod to the speed limit in a parking lot.
