Satire: Lesson Plans for ‘Uncritical’ Race Theory Curriculum

Lesson 1: The Biblical Origins of Racial Hierarchy
Adam and Eve were White.  The mark of Cain was that he was turned Black for killing his brother Abel.  The son of Noah was Ham.  His son was Black and immigrated to Ethiopia.  From that time on the only thing Africa exported was nubile temptresses like the Queen of Sheba.  Jesus was White and his followers founded a new religion to dissociate themselves from their other Jewish contemporaries who had become so tanned from the bright Middle Eastern sun that they identified with Blacks and still do until today. Humorous Stories for the December Holidays

This is a collection of 20 short stories about the upcoming December holidays.  Three of the stories have distinctly Jewish angles, whereas others either are Christmas oriented or so general they might be told at any time of the year.   Some may well be stories left over from Bernstein’s last book, Miserable Love Stories. Satire: Hey Senator Manchin

To the tune of Officer Krupke:

Dear stubborn Joseph Manchin
You gotta understand.
Can you make an exception?
Pass the bills Biden has planned.
The GOP’s are flunkies.
They’re pawns of Donald Trump.
Mitch McConnell thinks you are a chump.  [Laurie Baron, Ph.D]

Jewish Trivia Quiz: Rosh Hashanah 5782

Some Sephardic and Mizrachi communities have traditionally included a seder as part of their Rosh Hashanah celebration. The tradition comes from the Talmud, Horayot 12a, where Abaye suggests that people should eat a variety of foods, including pumpkins, leaks, and dates. Jewish-Interest License Plate: YAALAAA

As our license plate maven Melanie Rubin correctly points out,  “Yallah” is an Arabic expression meaning “Let’s Go!”  It is widely used in Israel by both Arabs and Jews.  This original spelling of the word, may suggest that the owner of the car is in a real hurry to get going!   Kudos to Melanie for spotting this license plate.
